How It Works
Choose Your Route
Every product in the catalogue carries a badge showing how it can be ordered. Club Shop buys one at a time on your club page — no minimum. Bulk Order and WYF are always bulk runs, minimum 50 units per design.
Pick Your Products
Browse the catalogue and filter by badge. Club Shop members order straight from the club page at member pricing. For Bulk and WYF pieces, add what you need to your request list — sizes can be mixed within the 50.
Design It In Design Studio
Tap Customise on a WYF piece to open Design Studio. Pick a design, set your primary and accent colours, place your club logos on the front and back, and watch the mock-up update live. Save it and it carries straight into your request.
Submit Order Request
Send your list — with your saved design if you have one. No payment is taken. We come back with a written quote covering unit price, decoration and freight. Club Shop skips this step and checks out directly.
Approve In Design Lab
Your request becomes a private review board with front and back mock-ups side by side. Drop pins to comment, request changes, and approve each view. Production only starts once everything is signed off.
Made And Delivered
Produced in considered runs and shipped within 8–20 days — to each member individually on a club page, or as one consolidated delivery for a bulk run.

Club Shop
No minimum — order one at a time

- Members buy individually at fixed club pricing.
- Pricing is always visible on club pages, no unlock code needed.
Bulk Order
Volume pricing — minimum 50 units
- Add products to your list and submit a request for a written quote.
- Volume tiers drop the unit rate as quantity climbs.
- Best for pre-season drops with one consolidated delivery.
Originals
The WYF custom range — fully custom, always bulk, minimum 50 units
- Your colours, fabrics and logos, designed in Design Studio.
- Built from scratch rather than pulled from stock.
- We come back with a custom quote and mock-ups in Design Lab.
Bulk Order Pricing
Bulk orders are always quoted — no payment is taken when you submit a request. We come back with a written quote covering unit price, decoration and freight, and you approve before anything is produced.
Catalogue pricing outside a club page is unlocked with a code from your account manager. Club pages always show member pricing.
Logo And Team Setup
Send Artwork
Upload your logo with the request — vector (AI, EPS, SVG) or a high-resolution PNG on a transparent background.
We Prepare It
Our team redraws and colour-matches the mark for the decoration method, then sends a mock-up for approval.
Approve And Produce
Once you sign off the mock-up, production starts. Artwork is kept on file for every reorder.
