Ordering Recommendations

How to pick sizes and plan your split so everyone gets a fit they'll actually wear.

Order for the fit you want

Tees run relaxed — size down for a closer fit. Hoodies and crews are classic with room to layer. Polos are true to size. Vests and jackets are cut to go over a hoodie, so take your usual size.

Between sizes? Size up

If a member sits between two sizes, go up. A slightly roomier garment gets worn; a tight one doesn't.

Plan your size split

A typical club split is roughly 10% S, 30% M, 30% L, 20% XL, 10% 2XL+. Use last season's orders if you have them — they're the best guide.

Order a few spares

Add 2–3 extra units in popular sizes (M and L) for late joiners, swaps and sizing mistakes. Reordering single units later isn't possible on a bulk run.

Kids grow fast

For junior members, size up one — especially for garments meant to last the season or longer.

Measure, don't guess

Use Find Your Size above with a tape measure, or measure a garment that fits well and match it to the charts. It's the most reliable way to get the split right the first time.

Bulk Sizing Rules

Bulk OrderOriginals

50 units per design

Bulk Order and WYF runs start at 50 units per design. Sizes can be mixed freely inside that total.

Mix any sizes

Split the 50 across XS to 3XL and kids sizes however you need — there's no minimum per size.

Same price, every size

No size surcharges. XS through 3XL and kids sizes all cost the same per unit — the quote is based on units and design, never on size.

Size breakdown locks at sign-off

Send your size split with the order request. It can change until you approve the proof, then it's locked for production.

Samples before you commit

Unsure on fit? Ask for a size set with your quote so your club can try before the run is confirmed.

Club Shop orders

Club Shop items are bought one at a time, so each member picks their own size — no bulk split needed.
